As a board member of The F.I.N.D. Design, I use my voice to empower Black and Brown girls, fostering their mental health, self-advocacy, and personal growth. I contribute to strategic planning, program development, and community outreach, ensuring our mission to create safe spaces and opportunities for young women to thrive and achieve their full potential. Through initiatives like the F.L.Y. (Forever Loving Yourself) Girls program, we focus on identity, relationships, and leadership development.

Tu is a passionate public speaker dedicated to empowering youth and communities. With impactful engagements at John Early High School (speaking to over 300 students), Haynes Middle School, Napier Community Center, local churches, and partnerships with nonprofits, Tu delivers powerful messages of self-discovery, resilience, and breaking generational barriers. Through storytelling, music, and spiritual insight, Tu inspires audiences to embrace their potential and lead with purpose.
